Good to know
- You can get value and treatment vouchers at the practice or online as a voucher code.
- A redeemed voucher is treated like cash: after the treatment, the recipient receives an invoice that they can submit to their health insurance. Whether and how much is reimbursed depends on the insurer or plan.
- Vouchers are valid for three years (sections 195 and 199 of the German Civil Code, BGB). The period starts at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued.
